CHARDONNAY
Chardonnay reveals its fine character only in the best years. Only when the quality is right do we vinify the grapes, grown on deep loess soils with a slight southwest slope, into a fragrant, floral wine. The Chardonnay remains on the fine lees for an extended period, which shapes its softness and character. It is an intriguing variety that is not always part of our assortment.
